For you to apply , you need to take all your school credentials to their office at the capital city of your state. Take some money with you, let me say like N5000. Though you will not spend up to five thousand naira in purchasing the form and doing of other things. After you collect the form and fill it you still need to take the form to the local government chair person of where you came from, before you will finally hand over the form back to them.
